My game never tales the beauty within will not allow me to get dial for gauge???would like a fix or refund

Although I enjoy playing Gummy Drop, I am very bothered by the game’s creators’ that a city in Israel is not included. In this terrible age of anti-Semitism, I am hoping this is merely an oversight and not on purpose. I am hoping to see a city or town in Israel represented in the very near future.

I have been a game member for many years and have loads of really good games that I can play again, download again etc so no beef with that. My complaint is that the standard of games on offer has deteriorated badly over the last 4-5 years, most are based on the same old theme, technology has moved on but the games on offer are so dated. Very disappointing

Big Fish are bullies! I worked hard to achieve a 51k or so reward of diamonds for Design Home thru Tapjoy. I did provide proof with screenshots, has already received some diamonds on this offer for other milestones, but when I reached the last, biggest goal they did not arrive. I had left a bad review on google due to the blatant bait and hook for cash manipulation within Ever Merge. I sent a ticket thru Tapjoy, and was told they were waiting on advertiser verification. My email today says Big Fish Games deems me unqualified?!?!? I come to the conclusion, given the fact that I have never cheated on any of those type offers, that leaving a bad review cause the revenge of stealing my hard earned rewards. They brag to be the biggest online games company. Well, this isn't the mafia Big Fish. Quit trying to act like it. I don't like Ever Merge. I shouldn''t be punished for it. They did have other games that I liked, but this experience puts that company right in the gutter for me.

If I could give no stars I would You can't win no customer service and the game is fixed. It is obnoxiously bad and frustrating to spend money and have no help.DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME!

Okay, let me start off by saying, BigFishGames employees try to help as much as they can however, offering credit as a compensation to not being able to sort a bug out for nearly two years now is way over the top.
Let me explain...
I don't know how it is with others, but I have never been able to play games from one of the developers from BigFish for nearly 2 years now, because of a scaling bug that deoptimizes my mouse cursor smoothness into a laggy stuttering mess each time I play their games at a resolution of 4K or higher. Elephant Games is a developer that make good games, but not playable at 2160p. Now before you ask, Elephant games said I must go straight to Bigfish Games to sort this out. Bigfish Game's solution is to give a game credit. Really? I own so many Elephant Games. This is not a solution, it is an easy escape from responsibility to put out good products to your entire fan base. The future is not 720P. Wake up BFG.
Your solutions are so generic and have never helped me with this issue.

Bigfish is nothing more than a scam disguised as a good company. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on their games, some of which I had to purchase more than once because they had so many bugs they were impossible to play, and this company had the nerve to charge me for purchases I did not make. The website is so poorly organized it’s unbelievable. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. I can’t even download the countless games I’ve bought over the years on my new computer. The installers download just fine, but are “incompatible” with my laptop according to the pc’s troubleshooter.

When u buy chips they acully cheat too steal them back. I won one jackpot in 4 years 4 750 million when i played 24-7 then when i ask 4 help they said they would ban me biggest rip off

Just delete this game after 13 years. This game Use to be fun. You play a long time enjoy yourself with all the people you meet in the rooms. It is going way down. You can't play very long without buying chips for just sitting in the Room. I spent a lot of money. Emotionally I was going through a divorce raising 5 kids on my own I am up in home health care so I don't get to get out. I met a lot of people on here we talk a lot about our lives and play the game. You can no longer do this. I am so disappointed and disgusted at this game. All they care about is the all mighty buck. Big depend on people like me. No Walker I am taken my power back. One more thing it took me almost 3 years To get from level 14 to 15th. I am absolutely disgusted at this game. Before they sold this game to a new company they were so good. The new Owners for a piece of you know what.

I guess C19 hit Big Fish pretty bad because their site is a mess! I am trying to find a game to play that I haven't played yet and works for windows 10! I can't even load the games board and if I see a game I want more information on, it won't load! Just the old twirly bird. And no answers when you ask!
Do I need to find a new game site? I've been here since time began and I was always so happy. Today I walk away and don't play a game

This use to be a good company, but the last couple of times I've purchased games, they would not download. I should have read the reviews first, and I should have been suspicious when it's almost impossible to find a way to contact the company. And business that only uses "help articles" is saying **** You to customers. Well, I'm not a customer any more.
